We usually dispatch orders once or twice a week.

Leave a note on the cart page requesting Fast Dispatch, or contact us to arrange an express shipping option. We'll do our best to ship your order by the next business day.

Delivery Times

EU delivery: 2–10 business days (usually 4–5 days)
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days (usually 10–12 days)

Shipping Costs

Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Note: Remote areas (e.g., Canary Islands, Madeira) may incur higher rates.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders outside the EU may be subject to additional charges such as import duties, VAT, Customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Failed Delivery or Delay

If your order is returned due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
